In a survival or emergency situation it is important to use all of your resources to their maximum potential. This video shows how to turn 2 five gallon buckets in to a self watering container for growing your survival garden in. Not only will this container garden allow for longer periods of time between watering, but also make your garden mobile if you would need to relocate for some reason or to protect from inclement weather. As with many of your survival skills gardening is something that you need to practice on a regular basis so that when you need to provide your own food, you know how and will have a much higher degree of success. All of the parts needed for the project are very easily found for free or very cheap.
